DISASTER TENTSpecially designed for accidents and disasters to preserve bodies awaiting transportation to hospitals or funeral parlours. Hygeco provides disaster equipment such as refrigerated tents (12, 20 and 40-body capacity) and refrigerated containers (isotherm panels). The 40 body tent Introduction: Emergency Response System In order to response to disaster situations, such as in Thailand (Tsunami 2004) and in Venezuela (plane crash 2005) it has been urgent to develop a product helping the body identification and preservation process. This product has been called “disaster tent”.
The range of disaster tents is specially designed for accidents and disasters to preserve bodies awaiting transportation to hospitals or funeral parlours. The range of disaster tents is highly mobile and rapidly deployable. The design of tents is based on the idea to response as quick as possible in case of various disaster purposes. Their functionality provides for a variety of civil and military operational uses. Any tent can be employed in different environments including existing structures, emergency centers and field placement. The tents are durable and lightweight. Their capacity varies from 20 to 40 bodies. Being lightweight an compact when folded, the tents and their mobile refrigeration equipment are easy to move and they can be used at any place

Description: Provided with 3 independent inflatable arms equipped with air valve. The frame system allows the whole structure to remain and ensures very good stability. On each side of the tent, there are doors. Each door has standard connection with waterproof mudguard. Inside the tent, no-slippery blue floor carpet provided. Stability of the tent is strengthened by metal tubes placed between each inflatable arm. Inner insulation of the tent is ensured by special material, made of highly protecting cloth. Fitted under the top of the tent, it creates an air gap helping to maintain constant temperature inside the tent.
Time to set up the tent: fewer 4 hours.
Inside equipment Stainless steel fitting: The 40 body disaster tent is equipped with a steel stand for 40 trays. All stainless steel tube whose dimensions are 30/60mm and 30/30 mm are made of stainless steel 304L avoid any corrosion and present high oxidation resistance. This stainless steel frames provides excellent toughness, down to low temperatures. It is easy for cleaning and disinfecting.
Body trays with wheels: Dimensions: Total Length: 210 cm Width: 56 cm (folded: Width: 7.5 cm) Height 13 cm Weight: 10 kg Body trays are constructed of durable, lightweight stainless tube, equipped with 4 anti-slip handles 125 mm. Each body tray has 4 80mm wheels. The body tray conveniently and quickly deploys onto the rescue scene to accommodate multiple victims. Once finished, it conveniently stacks onto itself to provide the most compact storage available. (as folded width: 7.5 cm) The heavy-duty polyester cover is durable, resistant to blood and bodily fluids. It is very easy for cleaning and disinfecting. The polyester cover has been specially treated in order to provide high anti-fungicide capacity.
Refrigeration Equipment: 2 cooling units (400/3N/50) Key figures: - Nominal absorption: 10.6 kW - Defrost heather: 10750 watt - Mass: 546 kg - Nominal horsepower: 9.2 kW - Condenser air volume: 9000 Dimensions per unit: Total length: 2020mm Total height: 840 mm Total width: 1752 mm Both cooling units ensure + 5°C temperature inside the tent with outside temperature + 45°C. The refrigeration units are fitted on trolleys that allow the units to be moved very easily and to be positioned at the accurate level while working.
Disinfection equipment: Air disinfection by micro-diffusion The robot diffuser proceeds by an air saturation cleansing action using a disinfectant mist (32 microns on average), taking into account the surfaces and the biocontamination of the air, without ever wetting or staining. Air treatment with this disinfection robot, following AFNOR NF T 72-281 standards avoids all contamination and protects people using the area. The robot diffuser is equipped with an automatic cleaning system which evacuates after each use every liquid leftover. The diffuser stops automatically. Ideal for treating soiled rooms, no-hygienic environments Easy to use.
